VOLUNTEER
Hartford Rescue Mission welcomes volunteers of all ages and
backgrounds to help prepare and serve dinner meals from 3:30-6:00 p.m.,
weeknights (Monday-Friday) in Pentecost Deliverance Christian Ministries
Dining Room at 41 Mather Street, Hartford.
We encourage you to gather a small group from your organization, your
place of worship or employment, and serve those in need. Training is
provided. Whether you desire to help one time or on a regular basis,
please call Rev. Gregg Woods at (860) 241-0989.

- Mooreland Hill School, Kensington - students collected school supplies for children in need
- Door of Hope Community Church - collected paper and plastic plates, utensils and napkins
- Hot Pots, Hartford - staff and friends served Thanksgiving and Christmas meals to HRM guests
- Sonshine Christian Preschool - students made Christmas gifts for HRM guests
- Connecticut Children's Medical Center ER Department and Reiner, Reiner and Bendett, P.C., Farmington - collected paper and plastic plates, utensils and napkins
